Muzeo LLC, doing business as Muzeo Photo Studio (“Muzeo Photo Studio,” “Muzeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of our customers, studio renters, renters’ guests, website visitors, and service clients.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the measures we take to protect it.

We will not use customer photographs, submitted artwork, product images, commissioned photography, or security footage in advertising, social media, portfolios, or other public marketing without appropriate permission.

Muzeo Photo Studio does not sell or rent customers’ personal information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6. Security Cameras and Video Surveillance

For the safety and security of customers, renters, guests, employees, equipment, and property, security cameras are used on the premises and inside the photography studio.

Cameras may monitor and record entrances, exits, common areas, work areas, and the main photography studio. Cameras are not placed inside the designated changing room or restroom, and those private areas are not subject to video surveillance.

Security cameras are used for purposes including:

Protecting customers, renters, employees, and guests
Deterring theft and unauthorized access
Monitoring the security of studio equipment and property
Documenting accidents, damage, or safety incidents
Investigating suspected policy violations or unlawful activity

Security recordings are not provided to customers or released for general viewing. Recordings may be reviewed internally by authorized Muzeo personnel when necessary for a safety, security, damage, theft, policy, insurance, or operational investigation.

Recordings may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities when relevant to a police investigation, in response to a lawful request, or when Muzeo reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to report or investigate suspected unlawful conduct. Recordings may also be preserved or disclosed when required by subpoena, court order, applicable law, or a legitimate legal or insurance claim.

Access to security footage is restricted to authorized individuals. Recordings are retained only for a period reasonably necessary for security and business purposes unless a recording must be preserved in connection with an incident, investigation, legal requirement, or claim.

Studio renters are responsible for notifying their clients, models, crew members, and other guests that video surveillance is in use before those individuals enter the premises. Appropriate notices may also be displayed at studio entrances and within monitored areas.

Security footage will not be used as promotional or portfolio content.

7. Customer Photographs, Artwork and Project Files

When Muzeo provides color-accurate product photography, artwork photography, printing, image preparation, or related production services, customers may provide photographs, artwork, product samples, digital files, or other creative materials.

Muzeo uses these materials only as reasonably necessary to:

Evaluate and quote the requested work
Perform photography, editing, color correction, printing, or production
Communicate with the customer about the project
Maintain production and transaction records
Resolve quality concerns or customer-service issues

Customer materials remain the property of their respective owners. Submission of material does not give Muzeo permission to publish or use that material for advertising, social media, competitions, resale, artificial-intelligence training, or unrelated purposes.

Customers are responsible for confirming that they possess the necessary rights and permissions for materials they submit.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures intended to protect personal information, project files, and security recordings from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, electronic transmission, storage system, or surveillance system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should avoid sending sensitive payment or identity information through unsecured email or website forms.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Complete reservations, transactions, and services
Maintain business, accounting, and tax records
Provide customer service
Resolve disputes
Enforce agreements

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Muzeo is not responsible for the privacy, content, or security practices of independently operated websites.
